Our Hiring Event solution is a streamlined and efficient approach to hiring front-line staff in bulk (minimum 5 jobs at a single location). With the option to choose from three different guarantee levels, we provide flexibility and choice to our clients.

How it Works:

  1. Planning: Our team works with the client to understand their hiring needs and job requirements to plan the hiring event. We determine the date, time and location of the event and promote it to attract job seekers.
  2. Candidate Screening: We screen the candidates prior to the hiring event to ensure they meet the job requirements and are a good fit for the client’s company culture.
  3. Interviewing and Offer: On the identified hiring event date, the client conducts in-person interviews and makes offers to candidates they are interested in hiring. This allows for a streamlined process and immediate feedback, ensuring that the client can secure top talent quickly and efficiently. Mindfield provides support throughout the event to assist with any questions or concerns.
  4. Guarantee Options: Our hiring event solution provides clients with the option to choose from 3 different guarantee levels: a 14-day guarantee, a first-day guarantee, or no guarantee. Pricing varies based on the guarantee level chosen.

Service Guarantee Levels:

  1. Guarantee Level 1: Candidates hired through this level are guaranteed to remain employed for at least 14 days from their start date.
  2. Guarantee Level 2: Candidates hired through this level are guaranteed to show up for their first day of work.
  3. No Guarantee: Clients can choose to not have any guarantee, in which case they pay for each candidate that accepts the offer on the day of the hiring event.

Pricing:

Pricing increases with the level of guarantee selected. Contact us for a customized quote.

  1. Guarantee Level 1: 20% additional fee for 14 days
  2. Guarantee Level 2: 10% additional fee for first day
  3. No Guarantee: Base Pricing – Client pays for each accepted offer day of the event
